Two parts: get your site and email out of hPanel (the Hostinger dashboard), then set them up on Cloudy24 and point your domain. Or skip all of it and let our team move it free.
Before you start
Part 1 · Hostinger
Steps follow Hostinger's own help articles (linked), checked 27 Oct 2026. Menu names can change; the linked article is the up-to-date version.
In the Hostinger dashboard go to Websites → Dashboard → Backups → Restore and download → Files backups, pick a date and click Download files. When it's ready, download the .tar.gz archive.
Skip this — we'll move it freeUnder Websites → Dashboard → Databases → Management, click Enter phpMyAdmin, then Export on the top bar and Go to save an SQL file. You can also download a .sql.gz database backup from the Backups page.
Skip this — we'll move it freeHostinger Email is a separate product, and cancelling a hosting plan that came with a free email trial cancels the email too. In Hostinger Webmail you can download messages (up to 50 at a time as a ZIP), or connect the mailbox to a mail app over IMAP and copy everything across.
Skip this — we'll move it freeIf your domain is registered with Hostinger, click DNS in the left sidebar, select the domain, open the DNS / Nameservers tab and choose Change Nameservers. You'll enter Cloudy24's nameservers here once your site is ready; allow up to 24 hours.
Skip this — we'll move it freeOnly if you want to move the domain registration too. In Domains → Manage → Domain Overview, switch off Transfer lock and Privacy Protection, then click Get code under Authorization code. Domains must be at least 60 days past registration or their last transfer.
Skip this — we'll move it freeHostinger has no delete button: under Billing → Subscriptions turn off auto-renewal and the plan ends at expiry, or, within 30 days of a payment, request a refund from your payment history. A refund ends the service at once and deletes its files, databases and email.

Cloudy24's Linux hosting plans use cPanel, so these steps are the same whichever host you're leaving.
In your Cloudy24 cPanel, open File Manager and upload the backup archive into public_html, then extract it. Large sites can go up over FTP instead.
Skip this — we'll move it freeIn cPanel, use MySQL Database Wizard to create a database and user, then open phpMyAdmin and import the .sql file you exported. Update your site's config file (for WordPress, wp-config.php) with the new database name, user and password.
Skip this — we'll move it freeIn cPanel → Email Accounts, create the same addresses. If you exported mailboxes, import them with your mail app, or ask us to copy them over.
Skip this — we'll move it freeChange the domain's nameservers at your registrar to Cloudy24's (our support team will confirm them for your account). DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to reach everyone; your old site keeps serving visitors until they do.
Skip this — we'll move it freeRather not do it yourself? We move your site free.
Files, databases, email and DNS, usually within 2–4 hours, with your old site live until the new one checks out.
FAQ
It shouldn't. Your site keeps running on Hostinger while you copy it to Cloudy24, and visitors only reach the new copy once your nameservers switch over. Keep the Hostinger plan active until everything works on Cloudy24.
