Cancellation Policy

To cancel any Cloudy24 service, you must submit a cancellation request in writing. Accepted cancellation methods:

  • Email from your registered email address to support [at] cloudy24 [dot] net with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request".
  • Via a cancellation form submitted through your account portal at app.cloudy24.com.

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm all necessary information with you via email and inform you in writing that your account has been cancelled. Your confirmation will include a ticket/tracking number for reference. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation email within a few minutes, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp support.

We require that cancellations be done through the registered email or portal to: (a) confirm your identity, (b) confirm in writing you are prepared for all files/emails to be removed, and (c) document the request. Files, emails, and account data may be removed immediately after a cancellation request is processed.

Cloudy24 offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on managed Shared Hosting and Reseller solutions for customers who paid the first invoice with a credit card or via a payment gateway. This guarantee applies only to plans with a billing cycle of 6 months or more.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your service activation, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Refunds are credited to your Cloudy24 account balance, which can be applied toward any other Cloudy24 service.

Price Lock Guarantee

The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase. We guarantee your renewal price is the same as your signup price — always.

To be eligible for a refund under the 7-day guarantee:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the service activation date.
  • The account must be a first-time account — customers who have previously held an account with Cloudy24 are not eligible.
  • The service must have been paid for with a billing cycle of 6 months or more.
  • The account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Violations waive the refund policy.
  • The second account opened by the same customer is not eligible for a refund.

After the initial 7-day period, any request for a refund will be given on a pro-rated basis from when the refund was requested, subject to Cloudy24 cancellation agent review at the time the account is cancelled.

Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable per ICANN regulations. Once a domain is registered or renewed, no refund can be issued regardless of circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they want the domain before completing the purchase.

Domain renewal notices and invoices are provided as a courtesy reminder. Cloudy24 cannot be held responsible for failure to renew a domain or failure to notify a customer about a domain's upcoming renewal. Domain renewals are billed and renewed 7 days before the renewal date.

Cancellations requested after the initial 7-day refund period for Shared and Reseller accounts will go into effect on the renewal date for that particular hosting package. Unless specifically requested, the account will remain active until the billing period expires. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 7 days will be refunded on a pro-rated basis of any unused time, at Cloudy24's discretion.

Upon cancellation (except for abuse-related terminations), customers have 7 days from the cancellation/termination date to request a data export. After this period, all account data including files, databases, emails, and backups is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

Cloudy24 is not liable for any data loss resulting from account cancellation or termination. Customers are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of all data before initiating a cancellation.

Cloudy24 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

  • Non-payment of invoices beyond the 10-day grace period.
  • Violation of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Zero Tolerance Spam Policy.
  • Abusive conduct directed at Cloudy24 staff in any medium or format.
  • Activity deemed illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to other customers or Cloudy24 infrastructure.

In cases of Cloudy24-initiated cancellations for policy violations, no refund will be issued for any remaining prepaid period.

The following are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility under all circumstances:

  • Dedicated servers and VPS solutions (all types).
  • Administrative fees, setup fees, and install fees for custom software.
  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • SSL certificates and other one-time purchase products.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Second or subsequent accounts opened by the same customer.
  • Monthly billing cycle plans (refund guarantee applies to 6-month+ plans only).
