Steps follow BigRock's own help articles (linked), checked 27 Oct 2026. Menu names can change; the linked article is the up-to-date version.
From the BigRock control panel open Orders, select the hosting order and click Go to cPanel. In cPanel go to Files → Backup, click Download a Full Website Backup, then Generate Backup. The file lands in your home directory for download.

Skip this — we'll move it freeOnly if you want to move the domain registration too. Theft Protection and the domain lock must be off first. Then open the domain's order and use View/Edit Transfer Code. Domains must be more than 60 days past registration or their last transfer.
Skip this — we'll move it freeTurn off auto-renew for the hosting in your BigRock account so it ends at the end of its term. Deleting an order can't be undone, so BigRock advises contacting support first. Renewals aren't refunded.

Cloudy24's Linux hosting plans use cPanel, so these steps are the same whichever host you're leaving.
In your Cloudy24 cPanel, open File Manager and upload the backup archive into public_html, then extract it. Large sites can go up over FTP instead.
Skip this — we'll move it freeIn cPanel, use MySQL Database Wizard to create a database and user, then open phpMyAdmin and import the .sql file you exported. Update your site's config file (for WordPress, wp-config.php) with the new database name, user and password.

FAQ
It shouldn't. Your site keeps running on BigRock while you copy it to Cloudy24, and visitors only reach the new copy once your nameservers switch over. Keep the BigRock plan active until everything works on Cloudy24.
