Feedback & Rewards

This policy represents the Cloudy24 Feedback & Rewards Program ("FRP") Policy in its entirety and supersedes any other written or oral policy. This policy defines the Feedback & Rewards Program ("FRP") Policy all Cloudy24 customers agree to when they sign-up for any of the Cloudy24 website hosting and any services listed on the cloudy24 website. Cloudy24 reserves the exclusive right to change, amend or revise any portion of this FRP Policy at any time, with or without written notice to our customers.

Customers using any services offered by Cloudy24 agree to be obligated by and must comply with all policies in this FRP Policy or must otherwise opt-out of and cancel their rewards with Cloudy24. Cloudy24 retains the sole discretion to make a judgment regarding any violation by any Cloudy24 customer and may take action against any customer deemed to violate these terms including the cancellation of any customer's reward without refund and/or, if deemed appropriate, be legally prosecuted. 

General Provisions

In consideration for Cloudy24 maintaining one or more accounts (each "Account"), you, as the Cloudy24 customer, agree to the following FRP (Feedback & Rewards Program) policy. 

Definitions

• "We" "Us" or "Provider" or "Cloudy24" - Cloudy24.com
• "You" "Your" "Client" "Customer" or "Member" - Each person or entity who applies for internet service or is a designate of anyone who applies for internet service.

Who can take participate in this?

• Anyone active customers of Cloudy24.

• Rewards in terms of money.

How to get Reward?

You need to perform all Compulsory tasks listed below, and if you perform the optional tasks as then it will be appreciated too.

After posting Reviews how do i get my reward/money?

After doing all task you need to submit all URLs and screenshots at legal [at] cloudy24 dot netby your registered email id with cloudy24.

How much/many rewards i will get?

Once cloudy24 "Share Feedback & Earn Rewards Team" verified your submission, then we will credit you the10% of your latest current active any hosting (based on monthly calculation) plan maximum up to 100 INR in your cloudy24 account balance with unlimited days of validity that can be redeemed at any new or old services/invoices.

Special Note

You are not allowed to remove any review posted by you after the redemption of your reward(Money). Any account found in violation of these policies will be reviewed by ourShare Feedback & Earn Rewards Team  and the appropriate invoices will be added to the account. Reviews abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

Cloudy24 disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and all service interruptions caused by Cloudy24 and its employees.

Disclosure to law enforcement

Cloudy24 may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

Changes to the FRP Policy

Cloudy24 reserves the right to revise, amend, or change this FRP (Feedback & Rewards Program) policy at any time and in any manner by posting such changes on our site. We encourage you to periodically check our site for changes to this FRP (Feedback & Rewards Program) policy since your continued use of the Cloudy24 following any changes to this FRP (Feedback & Rewards Program) policy will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such change. The operative and effective version of this FRP (Feedback & Rewards Program) policy will be the latest version available on the site.
